What is SAQ?

Speed, Agility and Quickness. This term includes all soccer-specific exercises related to force production, acceleration, changing directions, and explosive power in soccer players.

What are the benefits?

SAQ sessions as a supplement to training will improve a players ability to move on and off the ball quickly, enhance physical fitness relative to soccer, and reduce the risk for injury.

Sessions will be run by Joe Baia. Joe works with Oglethorpe University’s Men’s Soccer program and is a USSF and NSCAA licensed coach, with specialization in movement science and player performance.
